Something I think guests would like to know about this villa is: That Angel and his staff take such good care of you – and you can’t go wrong having access to a slide!

What I most loved about this villa was: The way it is so spread out, and I love that the jacuzzi has the best view of the beach.
I’ll never forget this villa’s… This was my second time here and it’s still the most impressive property – no detail was missed in the design or decoration of the home.
A detail that made all the difference was: Outdoor speakers and SO much lounging room outside.
I would recommend this villa for: Anyone – it’s perfect for families, couples or a group of friends.
My favorite place to sip my morning coffee was: Standing in the sand listening to the waves hit the beach.
My favorite local treat: The coconut shrimp at Buzzards. It was a tremendously successful holiday. Our Casa la Laguna experience isn’t easy to describe because it’s difficult to explain the extraordinary. From the moment we entered the elegant stone motor court and peered through the curled iron, arched gates to the villa, gardens and aquamarine ocean beyond we knew we’d encountered something magical. Walking through the archway to the grounds you are wrapped in an aura of peace and happiness. At Casa La Laguna, you escape the real world and find another that’s pure heaven. Both Russ and I, and his entire family are just blown away by the fantastic trip we had to Casa La Laguna. We want to thank you for all of your attention to detail that made the trip completely perfect in every way. First of all, the house itself is spectacular…even better than the pictures on your website! We were welcomed with guacamole and margaritas which really hit the spot, and we enjoyed the amazing view complete with breaching whales and jumping bat rays. Angel and Tina were so kind and attentive, and took care of us every step of the way. We were continuously surprised by every meal, and couldn’t believe how much delicious food we received each day. Betty’s 80th birthday was perfect…the flowers on the dining room table were gorgeous and Tina came right over to her and hugged her and sang “Happy Birthday” which was so precious. WOW is the best word to describe our time at Casa La Laguna. The rooms were great. The grounds were awesome. And the food ...Angel is one heck of a chef. I could not get enough of his excellent preparations. Next time I will just tell him not to ask what we want... just surprise us! The location of your house is one of the prettiest beaches in all of the Los Cabos area. Spectacular is a better word. We made good use of the Bocce on the beach front. Whales, rays, schools of fish, and beautiful vistas. Thank you again for allowing us into your home. Cate and Wayne This was the ULTIMATE PARADISE…a slice of heaven!!! My friends and I did not want to leave! This was by far the most beautiful vacation home I have ever stayed in. I felt like I was a princess from the moment I arrived. Every night while sleeping you could leave your bedroom door open and hear the waves crash…while eating breakfast on the terrace you could hear the sound of bat rays jumping up as well as see them and whales swim by. It was truly amazing! Words cannot describe it and pictures do not serve justice. The service was EXCELLENT!! Tina gave amazing hot stone massages, Eduardo was a fantastic server (he said that he had never seen anyone go through as many tequila bottles as we did). Angel prepared the most amazing and delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and it was so nice to have meals together outside with the beautiful views. Sitting around the fire at night was so peaceful and spending time in the jacuzzi was so relaxing. The house was so clean and decorated so gorgeous…the architecture was just unbelievable! While we were there, the weather was perfect…not a cloud in the sky. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. I want to thank you for sharing your home with us and for an unforgettable vacation. We have traveled around the world, and we recognize how much work is involved in making our stay feel so effortless. From our favorite meals, to the seamless access to my office when needed, and the perfect weather – it seems that nothing is beyond your control. There are too many lasting memories to pick a favorite: The entry archway framing our first view of the villa interior, the infinity pool reaching to the surf and, of course, the margaritas at sunset in the Jacuzzi right above the beach. But more important than any of these will be the comfortable elegance that we felt throughout our stay at Casa La Laguna. It was obvious to us that every detail was designed for our pleasure, and it was a delight to discover daily examples of this through the architecture, furnishings, and especially the people we fell in love with. Our family of 15 just spent Thanksgiving, and my husband’s milestone birthday at Casa La Laguna. Our group included 5 couples, 3 adolescents, and three little children. We were all DELIGHTED with the villa, the staff, and the area. Angel is a gentle gem. He cooks delicious breakfasts and lunches, arranges EVERYTHING, and anticipates needs we didn’t know we had. Tina is a magnificent masseuse and beautician, and a lovely soul. I had the hot stone therapy and recommend it to all. We had a mariachi band and lovely catering for my husband’s birthday dinner, and several other amazing catered dinners at the villa, all arranged by Angel. He also arranged for ATV’s for our group to ride the sand dunes along the ocean near the villa. Eight of our group took a canopy tour, again arranged by Angel, zip-lining through the trees. The villa itself is exquisite, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING you could want from the water slide to the firepit, from the wading pool to the sound system, and from the quiet bedrooms to the varied social settings. The staff was especially kind to our three little granddaughters, from putting up a bouncy toy, to covering them with umbrellas, and getting them child-friendly snacks. This has been a truly wonderful vacation. We will be back! Nancy Thank you very much for a magnificent week! Jim I visited Casa La Laguna last month and as far as luxury vacations go, the bar has officially been set for all future accommodations. Casa La Laguna is even more spectacular than those gorgeous web photos would suggest. The second you pass through the main entry and look over the property and on into the crest of a wave-you're taken. You have your own personal paradise and the sky is the limit. Doug, I just spoke to Jerry. He called to tell me what a great time they had at Casa La Laguna. He said the villa was beautiful, but your staff MADE their trip. He said they were “absolutely fantastic”! He will be calling me back in a couple weeks to rebook for another stay. He is going to come back with some friends. While we felt pretty comfortable with the location site unseen (we saw pictures on the internet but had never been or known anyone who had), we each had a tad bit of apprehension. This was immediately relieved upon arrival. The destination is wonderful and the home is fabulous. And, I must say, Angel and the staff are top notch - could not have asked for kinder or more helpful people. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. The staff was there for our every need and pampered us the entire week. This was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation I have ever had. We went with a group of 12. The staff was simply over the top with every request and believe me, with that many people, there was plenty. The food was amazing. Thank you Angel for making our vacation feel special! The property was amazing and the staff was so well trained. They were there when we needed them and gave us our privacy as well. The food was prepared very well each day at our requested time. Each day the housekeeping staff cleaned the property spotless. The massage service and manicure/pedicure service were one of the best I have experienced in my world travels. I have just returned from Casa La Laguna and read on this month’s cover of my Condé Nast Traveler magazine, ‘150 Experts craft your perfect escape to....’. Well I thought, they need look no further; for my vacation at your incredible villa was, the perfect escape and far exceeded my expectations!
Wow! Thank you so much for coordinating the birthday surprise for my hubby. He was really impressed! All the details turned out fantastic! From the yacht cruise .. That day there were over 50 dolphins riding along with us; it was crazy! When we arrived, the candles were lit up all over the villa, with the fire dancers and drummers ready.. They were truly amazing and video doesn't capture it! The one that really got him were the fireworks! I toasted him and pressed a remote to set off.. It was perfect! I know we all will never forget it! Great villa; Great staff. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Angel was great; the food was wonderful, the service was very, very helpful, with great attitudes. The layout and décor at the villa were beautiful; great architecture! Simply Amazing! Samantha and Chad My wife and I were able to get away for a long weekend with several couples. Casa La Laguna was a dream come true. After being greeted by one of the staff members at the airport we were whisked away in a freshly washed suburban to our hideway right on the water. After the drive through San Jose and a stretch of desert tundra, we drove up to the residence that was one of several large custom homes perched over the crashing waves of the Sea of Cortez. When you arrive in the private courtyard, you walk through a traditional covered walkway to a breathtaking view of the home and the crystal blue sea. The home cascades down to the waterfront. There are private rooms for couples everywhere. There were three couples in our party but the home could accommodate 6 couples easily with each having a private suite. The home feels so much larger due to the main house’s roll-away doors that opens the living, dinning, kitchen and sitting areas onto an infinity pool, bar, spa and palapa. Sitting in the living area watching the Final Four NCAA basketball tournament on the plasma TV perfectly located above the sliding doors was a lifetime memory. The staff was attentive, the décor was first class. I felt fortunate someone would let us enjoy the good life in their private estate. All of our senses were spoiled. The food was what you expect from a trained staff. Authentic Mexican dishes served at a wonderful round table that sat eight, with Margaritas that kept coming and coming. “When can we go back” beckons my wife. Working on the next trip already. Thank you Casa La Laguna. Our dreams became a reality. Jim & Terri I had the opportunity to visit Casa La Laguna for a girls' trip to Cabo San Lucas. This was the perfect venue for a girls' trip from the moment we arrived until we reluctantly had to leave 5 days later. When one arrives at the beautiful arched entrance, you are swept away by the classic Mexican architecture and the two level infinity pool which leads right down to the beach. The view is something out of a postcard-seamless. As we walked into the beautiful great room, the staff had margaritas and fabulous appetizers waiting for us. I want to say that your staff at Casa La Laguna are the warmest and most attentive people. They would do everything with a smile which made our experience there even more enjoyable. The food was amazing with first class presentation. All of our guests raved about the massages, saying they were the best they’ve had in a long time. I had the best massage I have ever had. Our one daughter and husband will soon return to NYC after two more days of diving off La Paz. Our other daughter, her three girls, and husband have returned to Seattle, Washington “as happy as clams’’. We have vacationed all over the world, by cruise, used 5-star hotels, BEEN ON safaris…… and lived in a roman villa for 4 years. All of our needs met and then some. Picturesque, serene, and private accommodations, and beach. Safety and privacy were a big feature for our family and grandchildren. We can’t say enough about Casa La Laguna. This is a very lovely home, and we are looking forward to coming back next year. We are already planning our trip for next Christmas. Tina was great, and we certainly enjoyed our massages and kept her busy. The maid and maintenance team on the property were very good and kept things very nice. Doug, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your opening up your villa to me. The several days that were spent at Casa La Laguna were truly amazing. The hospitality that you and your staff showed were unsurpassed. I'm not sure what I enjoyed more, the spectacular massage, or those classic margaritas on the upper terrace in such a surreal setting. Spectacular all around. The property exceeded expectations as did service and the food – wow, wow, wow. Sergio, who did our dinners, should hit the Top Chef circuit!! Unbelievable!!!!!!! Casa La Laguna is an excellent choice for a vacation in Mexico! The villa has everything one might need and more! The people in San Jose (nearest town) are very nice, and the food is great!
